Meet Jaclyn Rink
Jaclyn Rink is a long-standing team member of McCaskill Family Services. She specializes in OCD and anxiety disorders for all ages. She also co-runs the McCaskill DBT teen group.
In addition to her clinical work, Rink is the resident blogger and social media manager. In her psychotherapy sessions, Rink strives to teach her patients something new or different every time. This new information could be a new skill, a different perspective, a new plan, or even a different thought or feeling that the client has never had before. She aims to expand the client’s self-awareness. After teaching a new skill, she tries to make it personally relevant and meaningful to the client. This process allows the clients to integrate the new skill and make it more applicable in their daily lives.
