Group Therapy Services in Brighton and Plymouth, MI.
If you’ve tried many different therapy services and still don’t feel like they are working for you, then a group therapy session is worth considering.
Group therapy provides benefits that you may not get in traditional therapy. There's a sense of camaraderie in group therapy that helps build traits such as accountability, self-discovery, and confidence. There's a reason that support groups have become very popular when dealing with the symptoms of depression caused by a specific incident or affliction.

Our group therapy options include equine therapy, eating disorder therapy, and teen therapy. See which one is best for you by reading more below.
We are out-of-network with insurance companies; however we are a recognized out-of-network provider with BCBS of Michigan. Patients are expected to pay at the time of service. Receipts are provided so patients can submit them to their insurance company for possible reimbursement.
